Copy Trading Agreement and Risk Warning

I. Copy Trading Agreement

1. CoinQ is a global social investment platform providing services to individual investors. CoinQ is only responsible for its copy trading service. Users bear all risks and consequences of any actions taken (including but not limited to copy trading based on the actions of "traders").
2. CoinQ assumes no responsibility for any user's trading profits or losses unless there is any evidence to the contrary indicating that CoinQ should bear some or all of the risk or liability for a particular trade.
3. Any information appearing on the CoinQ website, including but not limited to forecasts, charts, indicators, theories, and direct or implied instructions, is for reference only. You are responsible for any decisions you make.
4. CoinQ guarantees the accuracy of the historical data of the "traders" and related information provided. CoinQ is not liable for any losses arising from or in reliance on the aforementioned information, whether in whole or in part.
5. CoinQ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the copy trading service, unless there is any evidence to the contrary to suggest that CoinQ shall be liable.
6. CoinQ may be wholly or partially interrupted, delayed, omitted, misled, or cause errors in data transmission or storage due to malfunctions or failures of internet hardware or software equipment of its partners, network providers, or telecommunications departments, or human negligence, or due to third-party intrusion into the system to tamper with or forge data, unless there is evidence to the contrary.
7. With the user's consent and authorization, CoinQ may enable copy trading for the user and conduct copy trading transactions, deducting a portion of the user's net profit from copy trading and paying it to the "trader" as commission or reward according to an agreed ratio. The user acknowledges and agrees to accept this copy trading model, accepts the profit deduction plan, and is willing to accept the trading risks of this trading model.

II. Copy Trading Risk Warning

1. CoinQ provides a copy trading function. 1. When deciding to copy trades from one or more traders or implement a specific strategy, you must consider your overall financial situation, including financial planning, and understand that using copy trading is highly speculative, and you may incur losses exceeding the amount used to copy trades. Risks associated with copy trading include, but are not limited to, automated trading operations, where your account can start and close trades without your manual intervention.
2. Automated trading execution and related operations can complete position opening and closing transactions in your account without your manual intervention.
3. CoinQ's investment management services are chosen by you, and you decide to copy one or more traders and/or follow a specific trading strategy. In making these decisions, you have considered your overall financial situation, including financial planning, and understand that using copy trading is highly speculative, and you may incur losses far exceeding the amount used to copy trades from that trader.
4. The copy trading function we provide is for informational purposes only. Employees and agents of CoinQ and its affiliates are not investment or financial advisors. If you make investment decisions based on information provided on our website or obtained through the copy trading function, you assume all risks. CoinQ and its affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any losses.
5. You should make your own investment decisions based on your own judgment. You should independently assess whether an investment, strategy, or any other product or service meets your needs based on your own investment objectives and personal and financial circumstances.
6. If you conduct other transactions or modify or cancel instructions generated by the copy trading function, the performance of your account's assets may differ significantly from that of the users you are copying. Withdrawals and withdrawals by the copy trading target may also lead to differences in the performance of the two accounts, as these actions may affect the proportion of copy trading.
7. Past performance, risk rates, statistics, and all information about a user displayed on our website and application are not indicative of future performance and should be considered hypothetical.
8. Past performance and/or risk rates should be considered hypothetical performance. Hypothetical performance has many inherent limitations. No representation or warranty is made that any account will or may achieve similar returns or losses as past performance or the displayed risk rate. Actual profit/loss percentages may vary for each investor, depending on several factors, including but not limited to: account balance (deposits and withdrawals) at the time of trading, market behavior, investor account settings, and the actual performance of the copied trader.

III. User Statement

1. The user's investment decisions are based entirely on the user's independent judgment, and the user voluntarily assumes all related risks and consequences.
2. The user agrees and hereby authorizes CoinQ as their agent to exercise trading rights on their behalf from the moment the user clicks "Agree" to this authorization. The user agrees to follow the signals of their chosen "trader" for copy trading, and all responsibilities and risks arising therefrom shall be borne by the user personally.
3. The user agrees and authorizes CoinQ to receive a percentage of the profits from the user's copied and closed orders as the trader's commission. The user acknowledges the risks involved in copy trading, understands that the "trader's" past performance does not guarantee future results, and assumes all responsibility for any losses and liabilities arising from copy trading.
