All definitions in this Risk Notice have the same meaning as the User Agreement published by CoinQ (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "CoinQ"). This Risk Notice provides tips and information on digital asset risks, trading risks and other related risks. You should read this Risk Notice carefully and ensure that you understand the relevant risks before using CoinQ services (including web and mobile services). If you have any questions, it is recommended that you seek professional advice first. The risks listed in this Risk Notice are not exhaustive. You should carefully consider whether it is suitable to invest in digital assets and use CoinQ services based on your financial situation and risk tolerance.

The price of digital assets fluctuates greatly, and there is an extremely high risk of investing or trading in digital assets. Digital assets are traded non-stop throughout the day without price limits. If you cannot effectively control the risks yourself, it is likely that your funds will suffer partial or even total losses.
Digital assets are not issued by the government, financial institutions or CoinQ. At present, the vast majority of digital assets are not regulated, and their value and price are not controlled and protected by the central bank or other financial institutions.
Trading in digital assets and derivatives is extremely risky, especially since digital asset derivatives trading is highly leveraged and may result in rapid profits or losses. If the direction of the transaction is opposite to the market fluctuations, it will result in a large loss. Depending on the extent of the loss, you may need to add digital asset margin or reduce your position, otherwise your position may be forcibly closed and you must bear all losses caused by this.
Trading in digital assets and their derivatives is mostly irreversible. You are responsible for protecting your account password and you are responsible for all transactions under your CoinQ account, regardless of whether you authorize it or not. Losses caused by fraudulent or unauthorized transactions are irrecoverable.
The services provided by CoinQ are based on computer network technology, blockchain technology and other basic technologies, which may be subject to failures, defects, hacker attacks, exploits, errors, protocol failures or other unforeseen risks.
You should pay special attention to the fact that the income from digital asset and derivatives trading may be subject to taxes, tariffs or other fees as required by the relevant jurisdiction. You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes that may arise from transactions through CoinQ services. If you have any questions about your tax status or tax obligations when using CoinQ services, you should seek professional advice. CoinQ does not provide any trading investment, legal or tax advice.
Digital asset and derivative transactions may face legal, policy and regulatory risks in relevant jurisdictions. You should understand the laws and regulatory policies of your trading region before investing in digital assets or using CoinQ services. If our provision of services is illegal under the laws of your jurisdiction, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, or suspend or terminate your use of CoinQ services or digital asset transactions to comply with the laws, policies and regulatory requirements of your trading location.

You ensure and promise that you are aware of and understand the relevant risks indicated in this risk notice.
