- CoinQ only serves as a platform for you to obtain digital asset information, find trading parties, negotiate and trade digital assets and derivatives. CoinQ does not participate in any of your transactions, so you should carefully judge the authenticity, legality and validity of the relevant digital assets and/or information, and bear the losses and responsibilities caused by it.
- CoinQ does not provide any opinions or suggestions related to your transactions. Any decision to use our products or services is made by you. Any opinions, news, discussions, analysis, prices, suggestions and other information we provide are general market comments and do not constitute investment advice.
- We do not assume any losses directly or indirectly caused by your reliance on this information, including but not limited to any loss of profit and principal.
CoinQ is not your broker, intermediary, agent or consultant, and we have no fiduciary relationship or obligation to you.
- The content published on the CoinQ website and mobile terminal may be changed at any time without further notice. We have taken reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy of the website information, but we cannot guarantee its accuracy, and will not bear any direct or indirect losses caused by the published information or the delay or failure in connecting to the Internet, transmitting or receiving any notifications and information.
- There are risks in using a trading system in the form of a computer network, including but not limited to the failure of software, hardware and Internet links. Since we cannot control the reliability and availability of the network, we will not bear any responsibility for network distortion, delays and link failures.
- We prohibit the use of CoinQ services to engage in all illegal trading activities or illegal acts such as money laundering, smuggling, commercial bribery, and terrorist financing. If any suspected illegal transactions or illegal acts are found, we will take all available means, including but not limited to freezing accounts, notifying relevant authorities, etc. We do not assume all responsibilities arising from this and reserve the right to hold relevant persons accountable.
- We prohibit the use of CoinQ services for malicious market manipulation, unfair trading and other unethical trading activities. If such incidents are discovered, we will take preventive protection measures such as warnings, trading restrictions, and account closures for all unethical behaviors such as malicious price manipulation and malicious influence on the trading system. We do not assume all responsibilities arising from this and reserve the right to hold relevant persons accountable.
- CoinQ strives to comply with the laws and regulations of the countries and regions where we operate. Therefore, CoinQ has decided not to provide services to users in the following countries and regions. These countries and regions ("Restricted Countries and Regions") include: Yemen, Iran, Iraq, Belarus, Burundi, Somalia, Libya, Syria, North Korea, South Sudan, Lebanon, Cuba, Sudan, Zimbabwe, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo.
- Any content on the CoinQ website and platform shall not be construed as a solicitation for users from any restricted countries and regions.
- The government or law enforcement agencies may require us to provide information to assist in law enforcement investigations, tracking down and preventing illegal activities. Our platform only provides services to law-abiding users. We hope that you can act legally and legally on our platform.
- In order to reasonably prevent money laundering and terrorist financing, we will conduct user identification procedures for our users, including verifying the identity of individual and corporate users or conducting certain user due diligence for compliance reasons, and you should cooperate.
