CoinQ VIP System and Fee Schedule – Help Center

To reward our supporters and help high-frequency traders and holders enjoy lower trading costs, CoinQ is proud to announce the official launch of our VIP Tier System. With multiple upgrade paths and tiered fee discounts, you can further improve your capital efficiency in trading.

I. Standard Fees (Baseline)

All users default to the VIP0 tier, which corresponds to the following standard rates:

II. VIP Tiers and Upgrade Requirements

There are 9 VIP tiers (VIP0 – VIP8). You can reach a tier by meeting any one of the following three criteria:

Token Holdings: BTC-equivalent balance in your account (based on snapshots)
Spot Trading Volume: Cumulative spot trading volume over the past 30 days (in BTC-equivalent)
Futures Trading Volume: Cumulative futures trading volume over the past 30 days (in BTC-equivalent)

The detailed mapping is as follows:

Example: If you reach VIP4, your effective fees will be:
Spot Maker = 0.09% × 55% = 0.0495%
Spot Taker = 0.10% × 50% = 0.05%
Futures Maker = 0.20% × 70% = 0.14%
Futures Taker = 0.40% × 70% = 0.28%

III. VIP Exclusive Benefits

Tiered Fee Discounts The higher your tier, the greater your discount. VIP8 users can enjoy spot maker fees as low as 0.009% and futures taker fees as low as 0.20%.

IV. Tier Evaluation and Upgrade/Downgrade Rules

Evaluation Period: Every 30 days. The system automatically calculates your total spot + futures trading volume (sum of both products) and your token holdings over the past 30 days. (Holdings are calculated as the average of random snapshots within the 30‑day period; detailed rules will be provided separately.)
Tier Retention: During the evaluation period, if any one of your holdings, spot volume, or futures volume meets the requirement for your current tier, you will retain that tier.
Tier Downgrade: If all three metrics fall below the requirement for your current tier, the system will downgrade you to the highest tier that your metrics support (VIP0 as the minimum).

Example: You are currently VIP5. In the past 30 days, your spot volume is 200 BTC (meeting VIP5’s 192 BTC requirement), futures volume is 500 BTC (below VIP5’s 800 BTC), and holdings are 1.2 BTC (below VIP5’s 1.6 BTC). Because your spot volume meets the requirement, you will not be downgraded.

Effective Time: System reassessment occurs daily at 00:00 (UTC+8). Upgrades take effect immediately upon meeting criteria; downgrades take effect on the day after each evaluation period ends.

V. Important Notes

Trading volume includes executed amount for both spot and futures (excluding leveraged borrowing; futures volume is calculated by notional principal).
Holdings include all available and frozen BTC assets in your account, plus other cryptocurrencies converted to BTC at real‑time market prices.
Market makers, institutional accounts, or users participating in specific rebate programs may have different VIP fee stacking rules. Please refer to your actual agreement.
CoinQ reserves the right to adjust, optimize, or terminate this VIP program in response to market conditions or platform rules. Any changes will be announced in advance.
