This guide will help you quickly complete the APP download, account setup, and security configuration in just a few simple steps, allowing you to start your digital asset journey with ease.

Step 1: Download the CoinQ APP

You can download the CoinQ APP through the following methods:
  1. Visit the CoinQ official website;
  2. Scan the APP download QR code on the homepage;
  3. Select and install the iOS or Android version based on your device;
  4. Open the CoinQ APP after installation.

Android Installation Guide

Android users can download and install the CoinQ APP through official channels. Some Android devices, especially Huawei phones, may restrict installations due to system security settings. Please follow the steps below to complete the installation.

Step 1: Enable “Install Unknown Apps”

  1. Open your phone 【Settings】;
  2. Go to 【Security】;
  3. Tap 【More Security Settings】;
  4. Enable 【Install Apps from External Sources】.

Step 2: Disable Enhanced Protection in Pure Mode (For Huawei Devices)

  1. Open 【Settings】 on your phone;
  2. Go to 【System & Updates】;
  3. Tap 【Pure Mode】;
  4. Enter 【Enhanced Protection】 settings;
  5. Disable the related protection restrictions.

If the APP Still Cannot Be Installed

Try Installing in Airplane Mode

  1. Complete the APP download;
  2. Enable 【Airplane Mode】 on your device;
  3. Turn off all network connections, including mobile data and Wi-Fi;
  4. Try installing the CoinQ APP again.

Step 2: Create and Secure Your Account

Account security is one of the most important aspects of using a digital asset platform. Please complete the following security settings.

(2) Register using your email address and create a strong and unique password.

  1. Enhance Account Security

(1) Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), including SMS verification, Google Authenticator (TOTP), or passkeys for additional account protection;
(2) Complete identity verification (KYC) to increase your account security level and 24-hour withdrawal limits.

Step 3: Deposit Funds into Your Account
