- Visit the CoinQ official website and log in to your account;
- After logging in, click your profile avatar in the upper-right corner;
- Select 【Fund Password Settings】;
- Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your new fund password;
- Click 【Submit】 to complete the setup or modification process.
APP Tutorial
- Open the CoinQ APP and log in to your account;
- Tap the profile avatar in the upper-left corner of the homepage;
- Enter the 【Security Center】;
- Tap 【Fund Password Settings】;
- Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your new fund password;
- Tap 【Submit】 to complete the setup or modification process.
Notes
- Do not use the same password for both your login password and fund password;
- It is recommended to use a strong password containing numbers, letters, and special characters;
- Please keep your fund password secure and do not share it with others;
- If you forget your fund password, please follow the platform’s security process to reset it.
