How to Unbind or Modify Google Authenticator on CoinQ – Help Center

If you need to change your device or rebind Google Authenticator, you can complete the unbinding or modification process through the account security center. For account security purposes, identity verification is required during the process.

Web Tutorial

Visit the CoinQ official website and log in to your account;
After logging in, click your profile avatar in the upper-right corner;
Select 【Google Authentication】 to modify;
Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your Google verification code or other security verification code;
Click 【Confirm】 to complete the unbinding or modification process.

APP Tutorial

Open the CoinQ APP and log in to your account;
Tap the profile avatar in the upper-left corner of the homepage;
Enter the 【Security Center】;
Select 【Google Authentication】;
Tap 【Modify】;
Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your Google verification code or other security verification code;
Tap 【Confirm】 to complete the unbinding or modification process.

Notes

After unbinding Google Authenticator, your account security level may be reduced;
Please ensure that you can still receive SMS or email verification codes for identity verification;
If you are changing devices, it is recommended to back up your Google Authenticator key in advance;
Never share your Google verification codes or account information with anyone.
