How to Unbind or Modify Your Mobile Number / Email on CoinQ

If you need to change your bound mobile number or email address, you can update it through the account security center. For account security purposes, identity verification may be required during the modification process.

Web Tutorial

  1. Visit the CoinQ official website and log in to your account;
  2. After logging in, click your profile avatar in the upper-right corner;
  3. Select 【Mobile Number】 or 【Email】 to modify;
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to receive and enter the verification code;
  5. Click 【Confirm】 to complete the unbinding or modification process.

APP Tutorial

  1. Open the CoinQ APP and log in to your account;
  2. Tap the profile avatar in the upper-left corner of the homepage;
  3. Enter the 【Security Center】;
  4. Select 【Mobile Number】 or 【Email】;
  5. Tap 【Modify】;
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to receive and enter the verification code;
  7. Tap 【Confirm】 to complete the unbinding or modification process.

Notes

  • Please ensure that your new mobile number or email address can receive verification codes normally;
  • Certain security-related operations may be temporarily restricted after modifying account information;
  • If you do not receive the verification code, please check your spam folder, SMS blocking settings, or try again later;
  • Never share your verification codes with anyone.

CoinQ officials will never ask for your SMS verification code, email verification code, or account password. Please stay alert and protect your account assets from fraud.
