How to Close Your CoinQ Account

Web Tutorial

1. Visit the CoinQ official website and log in to your account;
2. After logging in, click your profile avatar in the upper-right corner;
3. Select 【Manage Account】;
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to choose 【Disable Account】 or 【Delete Account】;
5. Read and check the required acknowledgment items;
6. Receive and enter the verification code as instructed;
7. Click 【Submit】 to complete the account closure request.

APP Tutorial

1. Open the CoinQ APP and log in to your account;
2. Tap the profile avatar in the upper-left corner of the homepage;
3. Enter the 【Security Center】;
4. Tap 【Account Management】;
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to choose 【Disable Account】 or 【Delete Account】;
6. Read and check the required acknowledgment items;
7. Receive and enter the verification code as instructed;
8. Tap 【Submit】 to complete the account closure request.

Notes

• After account deletion, related data and asset operations may not be recoverable. Please proceed with caution;
• Before submitting the account closure request, ensure that there are no pending orders, unsettled assets, or unfinished services in your account;
• Some account closure operations may require identity verification;
• If you only plan to stop using the account temporarily, it is recommended to use the 【Disable Account】 function instead.
