If you no longer wish to use your CoinQ account, you may choose to disable or permanently delete your account based on your needs. To ensure account security and protect user rights, identity verification and confirmation steps are required during the account closure process.
Web Tutorial
- Visit the CoinQ official website and log in to your account;
- After logging in, click your profile avatar in the upper-right corner;
- Select 【Manage Account】;
- Follow the on-screen instructions to choose 【Disable Account】 or 【Delete Account】;
- Read and check the required acknowledgment items;
- Receive and enter the verification code as instructed;
- Click 【Submit】 to complete the account closure request.
APP Tutorial
- Open the CoinQ APP and log in to your account;
- Tap the profile avatar in the upper-left corner of the homepage;
- Enter the 【Security Center】;
- Tap 【Account Management】;
- Follow the on-screen instructions to choose 【Disable Account】 or 【Delete Account】;
- Read and check the required acknowledgment items;
- Receive and enter the verification code as instructed;
- Tap 【Submit】 to complete the account closure request.
Notes
- After account deletion, related data and asset operations may not be recoverable. Please proceed with caution;
- Before submitting the account closure request, ensure that there are no pending orders, unsettled assets, or unfinished services in your account;
- Some account closure operations may require identity verification;
- If you only plan to stop using the account temporarily, it is recommended to use the 【Disable Account】 function instead.

CoinQ officials will never ask for your SMS verification code, email verification code, Google verification code, or account password. Please stay alert and protect your account assets from fraud.
