CoinQ Withdrawal Guide – Help Center

On-chain withdrawals allow you to transfer digital assets from your CoinQ account to another exchange platform or external wallet address. To ensure the security of your funds, please carefully verify all withdrawal information before submission.

Important Notice

Before making a withdrawal, please ensure that the following security settings have been completed:

Fund Password has been set up;
Google Authenticator (2FA) has been enabled;
A mobile number or email address linked to your registered account has been verified.

These security verifications are required to protect your account and assets.

Web Tutorial

Log in to your CoinQ account;
Click the 【Account】 button in the upper-right corner;
Select 【Spot Account】;
Click 【Withdraw】;

Select 【On-Chain Withdrawal】;
Choose the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw;
Enter the recipient wallet address;
Enter the withdrawal amount;
Carefully verify that the selected blockchain network matches the recipient platform's supported network;
Review the withdrawal details and click 【Withdraw】;
Enter the security verification page;
Complete the required verification:

Enter the Google Authentication Code;
Enter the Fund Password;

Submit the withdrawal request and wait for review.

APP Tutorial

Open the CoinQ APP and log in;
Tap 【Assets】 in the lower-right corner;
Select 【Spot Account】 from the top navigation menu;
Tap 【Withdraw】;

Select the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw;
Choose 【On-Chain Withdrawal】;

Enter the recipient wallet address;
Enter the withdrawal amount;
Carefully verify that the selected blockchain network matches the recipient platform's supported network;
Review the withdrawal details and tap 【Withdraw】;
Enter the security verification page;
Complete the required verification:

Enter the Google Authentication Code;
Enter the Fund Password;

Submit the withdrawal request and wait for review.

Notes

Please ensure that the withdrawal address is correct before submitting;
The selected blockchain network must match the recipient platform exactly;
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Incorrect addresses or networks may result in permanent asset loss;
Withdrawal fees vary by blockchain network and are subject to the information displayed on the withdrawal page;
Withdrawal review typically takes 10–30 minutes. Final arrival time depends on blockchain network confirmation speed.

Security Reminder

CoinQ will never ask for your account password, fund password, SMS verification code, email verification code, or Google authentication code. Please remain vigilant and protect your account assets from fraud.
