Internal Transfer allows CoinQ users to transfer digital assets directly to other CoinQ accounts quickly and conveniently.
Important Notice
Before making an internal transfer, please ensure that the following security settings have been completed:
- Fund Password has been set up;
- Google Authenticator (2FA) has been enabled;
- A mobile number or email address linked to your registered account has been verified.
These security verifications are required to protect your account and assets.
Web Tutorial
- Log in to your CoinQ account;
- Click the 【Account】 button in the upper-right corner;
- Select 【Spot Account】;
- Click 【Withdraw】;
- Select 【Internal Transfer】;
- Enter the recipient's account information using one of the following options:
- Registered mobile number;
- Registered email address;
- Account UID;
- Select the cryptocurrency you wish to transfer;
- Enter the transfer amount;
- Carefully verify the recipient's account information;
- Click 【Withdraw】;
- Enter the security verification page;
- Follow the instructions and enter:
- Google Authentication Code;
- Fund Password;
- Submit the request and wait for review.
APP Tutorial
- Open the CoinQ APP and log in;
- Tap 【Assets】 in the lower-right corner;
- Select 【Spot Account】 from the top navigation menu;
- Tap 【Withdraw】;
- Select 【Internal Transfer】;
- Enter the recipient's account information using one of the following options:
- Registered mobile number;
- Registered email address;
- Account UID;
- Select the cryptocurrency you wish to transfer;
- Enter the transfer amount;
- Carefully verify the recipient's account information;
- Tap 【Withdraw】;
- Enter the security verification page;
- Follow the instructions and enter:
- Google Authentication Code;
- Fund Password;
- Submit the request and wait for review.
Notes
- Please ensure the recipient's account information is correct before submitting the transfer;
- Internal transfers cannot be canceled once submitted;
- It is recommended to confirm recipient information before initiating the transfer;
- Once approved, the assets will be credited to the recipient's CoinQ account;
- Internal transfer processing typically takes 10–30 minutes, subject to the actual review process.
Security Reminder
CoinQ will never ask for your account password, fund password, SMS verification code, email verification code, or Google authentication code. Please remain vigilant and protect your account assets from fraud.
