Thank you for your understanding and patience during the recent asset decentralization upgrade.
We are pleased to inform you that deposit and withdrawal services have been gradually resumed starting from 14:00 (UTC+8) on July 20, 2026. You may now perform deposits and withdrawals as usual.
Please note that the asset decentralization upgrade is still in progress, and only deposit/withdrawal functions have been prioritized for resumption at this stage. Other upgraded features (such as wallet login and same-chain smart deposit/withdrawal) will become available only after the upgrade is fully completed. During this period, all other platform functions, including trading and transfers, remain unaffected.
I. Deposit & Withdrawal Resumption Details
- Deposit and withdrawal services have been progressively restored since 14:00 (UTC+8) on July 20, 2026.
- In the early stage of resumption, there may be slight network congestion. We recommend waiting a moment before initiating transactions.
- If any individual chain is temporarily unavailable, please refer to the actual status displayed on the deposit/withdrawal page. We will complete full restoration as soon as possible.
II. Important Reminders
- Your deposit address has been changed: During the upgrade, your deposit address has been updated. The old address will no longer be valid. Please make sure to use the new deposit address for all future deposits and withdrawals.
- Please update to the latest APP version: To enjoy the full range of decentralized features upon completion, we recommend updating your APP to the latest version in advance.
III. Friendly Reminder
During the initial phase of resumption, please plan your funds accordingly to avoid any delays caused by peak operational traffic.
