Important Notice: TRC20 Network Maintenance

Dear CoinQ Users,

To continuously improve the stability and processing efficiency of on-chain transactions, we plan to perform a node version upgrade and system performance optimization on the TRC20 network. During the maintenance period, deposit and withdrawal services via the TRC20 chain will be temporarily suspended. The details are as follows:

I. Maintenance Reason

This maintenance aims to:

• Upgrade TRC20 nodes to the latest stable version to enhance network security;
• Optimize node synchronization performance to reduce transaction confirmation delays;
• Strengthen network disaster recovery capabilities to ensure service stability under future high-concurrency scenarios.

II. Scope of Impact

During the maintenance, TRC20 chain deposits and withdrawals for the following assets will be suspended:

• USDT (TRC20)
• USDC (TRC20)
• TRX (TRC20)

Other chain protocols remain unaffected: You may still deposit or withdraw the above assets via other available chains we support, such as ERC20, BEP20, SOL, etc. Please refer to the deposit/withdrawal page for the specific chains currently available.

III. Maintenance Schedule

• Start Time: Effective from the time of this announcement (July 20, 2026), TRC20 deposit and withdrawal functions will be progressively disabled.
• Resumption Time: The exact resumption time will depend on the maintenance progress. We will notify you via a separate announcement — please stay tuned.

IV. Important Reminders

1. During the maintenance, please do not use TRC20 addresses for deposits; otherwise, your assets may not be credited in time or could be lost.
2. If you need to deposit or withdraw USDT, USDC, or TRX, please choose other available chain protocols (e.g., ERC20 / BEP20).
3. Other platform functions, including trading, transfers, and futures/contracts, are not affected and remain fully available.

Please plan your fund arrangements in advance to avoid any impact on your trading or position management due to the chain maintenance.
