How to Set or Modify Your Fund Password on CoinQ – Help Center

The fund password is a security password used for withdrawals, fund transfers, and other important financial operations. To better protect your account assets, we recommend setting up your fund password as soon as possible and keeping it properly secured.

Web Tutorial

Visit the CoinQ official website and log in to your account;
After logging in, click your profile avatar in the upper-right corner;
Select 【Fund Password Settings】;
Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your new fund password;
Click 【Submit】 to complete the setup or modification process.

APP Tutorial

Open the CoinQ APP and log in to your account;
Tap the profile avatar in the upper-left corner of the homepage;
Enter the 【Security Center】;
Tap 【Fund Password Settings】;
Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your new fund password;
Tap 【Submit】 to complete the setup or modification process.

Notes

Do not use the same password for both your login password and fund password;
It is recommended to use a strong password containing numbers, letters, and special characters;
Please keep your fund password secure and do not share it with others;
If you forget your fund password, please follow the platform’s security process to reset it.

CoinQ officials will never ask for your account password, fund password, SMS verification code, or Google verification code. Please stay alert and protect your account assets from fraud.
