1、Use leverage reasonably
CoinQ contracts support up to 125 times leverage. The higher the leverage used when opening a position, the higher the risk of forced liquidation. Please be sure to set the leverage ratio reasonably according to your personal risk tolerance.
2、 Stop loss at the right time
- Reduce positions: When the index price is close to the "forced liquidation price", the risk of forced liquidation can be reduced by reducing the number of positions.
- Set stop loss: Pre-set the stop loss price through the "Contract Stop Profit and Stop Loss" function. When the latest transaction price reaches the preset price, the system will trigger the stop profit and stop loss commission.
3、Add margin
Full position: Appropriately transfer the asset account to the contract account to increase the margin and reduce the risk of forced liquidation.
Position by position: You can directly add margin to the position.
